When can I expect my wares?
Shipping Delay - We will be closed 8/9 - 8/16. All orders placed during this time will ship on Monday, 8/19.
All orders are shipped from Portland, OR within 2-3 business days by USPS First Class Mail.
Do you ship internationally?
Most definitely. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days but can take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
Can I track my package?
You sure can. An email will be sent when your order ships with your package’s tracking information.
What’s your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please let us know within 7 days. We will do everything possible to make it right. We're in business because of you and want you to love your purchase! If a return is required, all merchandise must be unused and in the condition it was sent. Your charges for returns will be credited minus the non-refundable shipping costs once we receive the item(s).
Do you take custom orders?
We're more than happy to work on a custom order for you. If you need something to match your kitchen or just want to switch some colors around, we can easily do that for you.
I’m sorry but we're not able to take custom orders for character mitts. A lot of time, thought and testing go into each one, making it very difficult to create them on a custom basis. We love suggestions though so please share your ideas. You never know, it might just be the next one to creep into the shop.
